Jack Daniel’s Tenessee Honey Hot Toddy

It’s that time of year when the office is full of sniffles and coughs, and every Boots in the country is awash with red-nosed, walking zombies. But the onset of an Autumn cold doesn’t mean you have to miss out on enjoying an evening drink. So team your tissues with a hot toddy tipple – just like Grandad used to recommend, and this excellent option from Jack Daniel’s will be sure to hit the spot.


– 25ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
– 25ml apple juice
– Juice of ¼ – ½ a lemon, to taste
– 1 tsp maple syrup
– Boiling water
– Cinnamon stick and lemon peel to garnish


Grab yourself a mug or latte glass and add all of the base ingredients. Make sure you give them a good stirring so they really get to know each other. Then simply top with boiling water and stir again using your cinnamon stick.

Serve whilst still good and sippin’ hot with a couple of twists of lemon peel.
