Are Brits Boring Drinkers?!
Co-op has found that 52% of wine drinkers will stick to their favourite tipple for 10 years, longer than many first homes or even relationships. They claim that this is because 1/5 of wine drinkers are nervous about making the wrong choice, so stick to what they know best.
However, late 20s and early 30s were the most experimental age, but even still only 10% of Brits would class themselves as ‘experimental’ wine drinkers.
Topping the list of favourite varietals were Pinot Grigio, Merlot and Chardonnay.
Majestic Jump On Next Day Delivery Wagon
Majestic wines have announced that they will offer next day wine delivery from 2nd November in the run up to Christmas.
The retailer has been dabbling in next-day-delivery since July this year when it teamed up with Deliveroo to offer the service with their drivers, but has now introduced its own service across the range for people in need of that last-minute order.
Chilean Wine No Longer Giving Us Chills

A study by IRI has found that sales of Chilean wine were up by 4.5% meaning that it is now valued at a stonking £441 million.
